The LCD-4 is a rarity: planar-magnetic headphone with high input impedance (200 ohms). I find that the Woo WA2 matches the LCD-4 very well. Detail, dynamics, heft, soundstage are all there. The sensitivity of the LCD-4 (at 97 dB/mw == 104 dB/V) is a little low…such that a ‘ten o’clock’ volume setting on other headphones requires a ‘twelve o’clock’ setting with the LCD-4 .
Hello there, firstly I'm an amateur in audio so my next questiom will be amateurish.
Can I drive or (play) music with Audeze LCD-4/5 on a device like FiiO M17. It will not destroy somehow headphones by using such a device?
