Good morning Head-Fi,
First time poster. I just made the plunge into high quality audio and purchased a pair of HE-400 today. I currently have a HT OMEGA striker sound card for my PC http://www.htomega.com/striker.html. I want to purchase an amp now. I am on a tight budget (less than $100). Knowing that I already have this sound card can anyone recommend an amp for home use (the option for portability never hurts) that would run these headphones? From my limited knowledge on these things the sound card will function as my DAC I just need to help power these guys a little. I play games and listen to rock/metal.

EDIT: From my research so far the Fiio E10 seems like the top choice. If for whatever reason some sort of DIY thing is the better way to go in this situation I'm game : )
