Looking for suggestions for headphone amps for my Massdrop HE4xx planars. I prefer a more rounded and laidback sound with a wide soundstage - more tube-like.
And I would like to keep it within $300.

Thanks. I am also considering the JDS Atom Stack, as well as the Vali2 instead of the Magni. Any thoughts on how they would stack up with HE4xx?

Which one will drive the HE4XX the best, I'm 50/50.
But part of my brain thinks the more modern headphones are designed more for solid state amps (lower voltage, higher current), like the power from a smartphone.
