I know the improvement in sound of Larry's K340s and DT770 mods. I've bought and sold a few headphones, but those two are staying with me. If his Denon mods come anything close to the improvements he's made in others, they'll be worth getting. I don't like the stock D5000 much, but admit that they're good headphones. Considering the price of the D2000s and the reasonable, imo, price of the mods (I just checked it out), I'm personally real curious...and am hiding my wallet.

$140 for a silver recable. I think I may just do this since I absolutely love my D2000 and have no plans on selling them any time soon. Just have to get approval from the boss (aka wife).
