hey whats up ?

this is my first post here, i've just been readin to get info.

anyway i'm going to buy a karma in the near future . and i'm looking for a decent pair of headphones. i kinda like the "in-ear" type , i'm willing to spend around $115. i would be using these for for cutting grass or just walk around town. i'm hoping that any phones i can get will isolate or block out a decent amount of noise.

i hope i dont start a war of opinion's !

thanks for the help johnny

For the price range you're probably going to be looking at the Etymotic ER-6 or the Shure e2c. They both have distinctive sound characteristics. I own the Shures and can't comment on the Etys from experience. However, the feeling that I get from this forum is that the Shures are generally better with the midrange and bass while the Etys have a better high end. It all comes down to sound preference.
