Just saw a commercial for Ikea. In the last scene a teenager is sitting on a couch - Ikea of course - wearing a set of PX100's.

We just had the K701's in the Amex commercial.

I wonder, is one of head-fi's members secretly doing subliminal messaging for the masses

As far as I know these headphones are available to the masses.

It's seen around my school quite often. After 20 ibuds, I usually spot 1 PX100/Portapros/Grados. Of course there are 2-3 boses and 1-2 skullcandies as well *shudder

I digitally recorded the Music Direct/Amex Plum commercial at 30fps on my Rohlheister Professional video editor and can clearly see the words "Head-Fi" and "AKG-K701" layered over a blank sheet frame every 20th frame.

I ran the commercial back at a speed higher than the original master and instantly donated $4,400 to Head-Fi and bought 3 pairs of 701's from Headroom.
