I pm'ed Justin a week ago and e-mailed him three days ago about an address change and I've got no response, should I be worried? That would such if my Pico DAC was sent to a wrong address, since it's a motel...(i've been at the same motel for seven months).

No, it's easily explained. Jeff is in the US, you are not. International orders have to be hand delivered to the post office along with Customs forms. Justin has explained in the past that he can't afford to do this everyday. My guess is that he processes international shipments once a week and that you'll get your shipping notice soon.
