My advise to you is put a hold on buying anymore amps and put it towards upgrading your Dac.

single box - same size. I sent out a survey to people who had (up to this date) told me they wanted the tube version as their pre-order. it was mostly about input/output options, front panel controls etc. The current plan is to change the RCA input to a XLR input, so there would be 2x XLR inputs, and then there will be a XLR pre-amp output. If a single-ended input or pre-out is desired then a XLR to RCA adapter (or cable) can be used. But the design really does work best balanced

the cfa3-t (or cfa-t) is being developed in collaboration with Kerry of Eksonic

Will you provide those further down the pre-order list the opportunity to complete the CFA3-T survey before finalizing the design?

idk if asked before but this volume control, is it used in a currently produced/sold amp?

We have custom builds. I am not sure at all how the Headamp is meaningfully different.

I don't know what Kerry and Justin have developed the HeadAmp CFA3-T into. Kevin Gilmore does have a tube circuit which was integrated with CFA3.

Yes - we are working on it now. This just came yesterday. Custom copper skivved heatsink...it weighs nearly 5lb
