Justin must have a very strong mind, or he will be urged to build BHSEs when receving so many emails from buyers. So just don't worry about him. I think he is OK.

Try PMing Justin if hasn't replied to your emails, he's been very responsive to my PMs.  I just put down a deposit for a BHSE, let the countdown begin!
 
I also have one of spritzer's KGSS builds on the way...it'll be interesting to see if I'm totally content with that, or if there are areas which I think the BHSE could be better at.
