it might be. i could do 1 more after that (5th batch) but it would have to be smaller due to part supplies running out

Will you have parts on hand for future repairs/services?  We would like to keep our BHSEs running for a long long time!

Any plans to produce another solid state electrostat amp after the blue hawaii builds stop?

Now that's mean. Don't mention to him about the brownie points when one waits patiently

Truer words were never spoken. For instance, it's far better to stay 20 years in jail, than just 5 years: when you're released, you're  four times happier.

I am not confident if I will be the one who gets shipment notice next week, but I placed my order on 14th April 2012.  Is there anyone earlier than that in this batch?

April 13th 2012 for me.  Beat you by 1 day!

I knew going in that it was going to be a long wait.  I didn't think it would be almost 2.5 years.   But as they say, good things come to those who wait.

Couple of questions regarding BHSE setup (I just made the payment and anticipating receiving the amp in the next 2-3 months).  I currently have a DAC with volume control (Berkeley Alpha) directly connected to my main amps and I was planning on adding the BHSE to this set up via an XLR switch like the Goldpoint SW2X.  Has any one used this (I'm hoping others had to deal with a similar situation).  Also, since I don't have a preamp, I control volume using the Alpha; is it okay to put the BHSE volume at max in this configuration?

I advice any thoughts on this (and any other tips as I get ready for receipt of the BHSE).

When I've wanted to control the volume via remote control with my BHSE, I just use my sources attenuator.
In order to do that I just put the BHSE's volume on full after getting the advice from Justin, then putting my sources ATT to on.
