Hello, Tomorrow some parents will go to the States (specifically to Washingtown). It´s any physical store of Amazon there to buy it or I only can buy the Nook?

Many of the big chain stores sell the Kindle.  Examples are Best Buy and Target.  You can even check if they have it for sale in the store from the website for the store.
