Hi i would like know if some of you on this forum use a Head Amp Pico Power+Chord Mojo+android stack and how does that perform with high end cans.
Right now i use my Chord Mojo just with an android but am thinking of adding a portable amp as an upgrade and use the Mojo only as a DAC.

I have the Mojo and have used it with a few Android phones. I was not so impressed. I think the real bottleneck is the Android phone. As a source it is just okay in my opinion. While I do think you can get things louder by going into an amp, I feel it is unlikely to be a big quality step up. That may be moot though if the cans you are using demand copius amount of power to drive. In all my years of using flagship Android phones, I am not impressed with them as a high end source even with a great dac and amp hanging off them.
