Just acquired the He-6's ..and have a few questions.
1. my pair came with the velour earpads.
Is it true ,that the leather earpads are more comfortable,& have a better SQ?
2. Can anyone tell me whether or not,the stock cable is the most ideal, for these headphones,compared to say,Q,Norse,BTG?
I'm getting many different opinions on the he-6 cables, some feel that "they are the best cable HiFiman makes"..others say..it's usually best ,to upgrade with a custom cable.,very mixed opinions.
I'm aware of the amp issue,& I've purchased the mjolnir ,which will be delivered on Wednesday.
Hoping this will carry enough power for these headphones.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated..
