Hi has anyone done a comparative test on these headphones, i have the hd650 and pm3 and prefer the hd650 with a hybrid headphone amplifier and vinyl but the pm3 with digital and sold state headphone amplifier.
 
I wonder how the he400s compare with either or both as i am considering buying them as an alternative.

The 400s is an entry level headphone it really doesn't compare to the 650. The 650 with a good source easily competes with higher end gear like the Hifiman X LCD-3's etc.
