Hello,
I am going to buy an hdtv and a blue ray player. I can not afford a home theater system as well. I have logitech z5500 computer speakers 5.1 with optical and coaxial ,as well as analogue connections.
I can use for the time being however the sound card in my pc is an x-fi prelude and i would just love to pass the sound through my sound card before it hits the logitechs it really cleans up the sound. Is there anyway to do this while using the ps3 or a stand alone player for blue ray? Is the only way to use my x-fi prelude to add a blue ray player for the pc?
Also which is better using a pc for blue ray disks or a standalone player or ps3?
