Any options to be able to move around the house without removing my headphones or having long cables on the set?

Out of my remaining pairs of headphones, this one is my favorite.

I mostly listen to my AirPods Pro for practical reasons. But if there was a way to mod those to wireless I guess I'd use them 90% of the time.

If that's impossible, is there a wireless DAC/amp option worth using in combination with my laptop and phone?

The 800’s aren’t notoriously hard to drive.

How about a Qudelix 5K? It is claimed at 2 Vrms SE or 4 Vrms balanced, which should be more than ample headroom.. and good “clean” sound and BT range / stability.

Also, very light with a good clip, such that it could even be mounted to a headband, and relatively inexpensive. Looking around on the ES100 (about the same size as the 5K) threads will give examples of mods. Or just clip it on a shirt.
:deadhorse:

Since (presumably) running an Apple stack, the AAC BT route is probably ideal, or at least the ideal given likely usages and constraints.
