Apr 6, 2009 at 6:36 AM Thread Starter Post #1 of 18
We're going to have a Detroit Mini-Meet at my office next Saturday. Some of the gear I'm bringing includes:
  1. Sennheiser HD 800
  2. Lavry DA11
  3. Luxman P-1
  4. Wadia iTransport
  5. Wadia 301 (with Great Northern Sound mods, and Wadia "p" power supply mod)
  6. ALO Audio Double Mini-3
  7. Sennheiser HD 600
  8. Sennheiser HD 650
  9. Grado GS-1000
  10. Grado HF-1
  11. Firestone Audio Fubar II (with Supplier)
  12. Sennheiser HD 380 Pro
  13. Sennheiser HD 218, HD 228, HD 238
  14. I'll be bringing some other gear, including some in-ears, portable amps, etc. I'm also trying to get a couple of surprise pieces sent in, but I'm not sure yet if I'll be able to.
Ray Samuels (of Ray Samuels Audio) may come up with his new A-10 with the Sennheiser HE 90 (the "Orpheus" headphone), and other RSA gear.

Because my office is rather small, space is limited. Respond in this thread if you're coming!

With this short notice prior to the Meet, we usually end up with no more than about a dozen. If we need to squeeze a few more in, we can, but I suspect we'll have about eight to 12 in attendance, if history is any guide, with the short notice. Either way, you're in, man. See you there!

Looking forward to it!

I'll have my ultra micro dac, sr-71a, mustang, edition 9, esw10jpn, phonak audeo, and netbook full of tunes.

Also, I have a DA100, and RPX-33 if anyone suggests I should bring the big stuff. Hopefully space would permit it?

I will be there for sure!

List O' Gear:

- Cracked iPod Touch
- RSA P-51 Mustang
- A Bunch of Demo LOD's
- Modded and recabled ESW9
- Custom IEM and Cables
- Active Ground SSMH
- Modded/Recabled Sony CD1000
- iPod RCA and Charging Dock
- New Power Cord

*If someone has a Bluetooth Dongle for their laptop, Bring it!* Or if you have bluetooth native. Trust me on this one.

Sorry, the B22 is a beast and it part of a long ter, project, so it still has a ways to go before its "picture worthy".

If someone will let me bum a digital output off of their sources, I would much appreciate it as I could bring the Zhaolu with DIY output stage which we all know sounds much better than the iPod line out.

Cheers and see you all on Saturday!
