I heard hd650 stock cable was improved compared to hd600 stock cable. and I think it is thicker than hd600 cable.
And replacement of hd650 cable can improve sound like hd600?
I also have hd600 and Cardas cable but I heard here Cardas cable is not good for hd650.
I want to know if cable replacement can improve sound of hd650 and Cardas is not good to hd650

The stock HD-650 cable is about the same 'quality' than the HD-600, just thicker and with a 1/4" jack and not that ridiculous 1/8" jack like HD-600.

I'm using the Cardas with my 650s and it 'works' as good as with the 600s, open up the sound from deep bass to top highs.

The Cardas replacement cable is very good on both phones.

How about the Zu? Love it on my HD-600's. Much better sound than the stock cables. I'm assuming that the Zu's would improve the sound on HD-650's.

Don't take someone's opinions literally! You got to process other's opinions, filter them and take them as few grains of salt.

I've heard HD650 with Carda's and it was clear improvement over
the stock cable. It made bass fuller and a bit tighter and overall more dynamic. Zu and Equinox offer similar improvement but differ ever-so-slightly from each other. These improvement are very sensitive to source/amp so it is difficult to quantify, but the improvement over stock cable do exist.

I have the Cardas for my HD650 now and my HD600 before. I think its a great upgrade for the HD600 & the HD650 over the stock cable. I have not heard any other replacement cables though.

Posts and reviews have convinced me that the Cardas is the way to go. Awaiting delivery!
