When applying this headband cushion mod to the Sennheiser HD-650 do you take the standard cushion off first then wrap this over the headband or do you leave the default cushion on the headband then wrap this over the existing cushion? By the way how do you take off the HD-650 headband cushion? Some posters say you just pull it out of place and others say you have to pull and loosen the made in Germany plastic piece.
