Wanting to find out recommendations to power my HD650
 
Im using a Acer M5 Laptop and has no coaxial out.
 
The DAC/amp im looking at has only optical and coaxial in.
 
So using a Xonar u7 (external) to by pass this as I will be able to conect the U7 via usb and then connect the U7 to the Zero.
 
Doing this as a cost effective way to power the HD650s.
 
I have heard that the Zero is amaing value for money.
 
Any suggestions would be great.

This might be slightly out of your budget, but I think the best value for the money currently is probably one of the lower end audio-gd DAC/amp combos, such as this:

With a USB input you'll be able to sell your soundcard altogether so it might be worthwhile.
