Hello everyone,
I have been reading some of the posts on the DH595.
I currently use HD580 + Equinox cable into a maxed out Meta amp. I listen with them at the PC (which has an external USB Quatro audio card). I ocasionally use them to listen to my big system in the basement. But for that system I prefer listening to speakers.
I also have a Creative Labs Zen NX, which I ocasionally connect upto the Meta and listen in bed with the 580's. The rest of the time I use the Zen at work with the Sure E2c's.
The Zen has a fairly loud output for a portable device. Anyone hear the HD595 directly out of a nomad zen or similar. Anyt thoughts as to comparisons with / without amps?
