Will the hd580 sound bad if i dont pair it with a decent amp?

cause now i have only one amp which is a portable one. ibasso d2 viper.

They wont sound bad, but well benefit from a better amp. For example, if you're not going to get a more powerfull amp in the future, I would buy a different headphone. That bieng said they do scale very well and are a great buy in my opinion and are okay out of a ibasso d2 boa, but I haven't used a viper so I can't tell you of that combination.

i will get a better amp. but not so soon.

consider it a long term investment. haha
