Hi,

I have small cracks appearing in each side of my headband on the top of the sections which are connected to the driver enclosure. I believe this to be either because of my very fat head or maybe falling asleep with them on to many times

The cracks are located right where it says Sennheiser and where the 3 small dots are on the left one.

I have looked on the Sennheiser spares webpage http://headphonespares.sennheiser.co.uk/hifi-tv-headphones/hd-558

Has anyone ordered the 'headband complete' before who could tell me if it includes the sections connecting to the driver enclosures?

No it will just be the headband between the screws like this shape )
