Hey guys i currently own an HD 660s but recently ive come across a good deal on the DT 1990 pro are they worth getting ? Do they have a different sound signature then the hd 660s and is it noticeable.

Different and noticeable, yes. Objectively better, no. Subjectively, can't answer that for you. If you feel the HD660S needs more at either end then sure, the DT1990 gets you that.
