Thanks for all the feedback!

Do the W5000s are more musical than HD-650s or SA5000s? Which of three gives the most fun factor?
What difference do tube amps (like PPX) bring to W5000s, in contrast to solid state amps?

Iron_Dreamer,
Does your Lavry headamp drives W5000s right?

Why?

um...because it's not a warm phone? ...........

I think I am getting the idea generally...
Its still hard for me to buy 800$ headphones Blindely.
Though there arent a lot of options.

Can somebody give me an idea to how big the cans are [fit wise?] As stated by somebody earlier how the fit isn't ideal or you have to bend the metal to get it to where you want it, can you offer me I guess the diamater to your head? lol

EIther give it to me in centimeters or baseball cap sizes?

The pressure is light on everyones' head, as the metal bands have a lot of give in them, but they're not floppy. The pressure seems intentional to me.

It's very hard to make them fall off once the seal has been formed without shaking your head wildly.
