Sennheiser needs to make special edition cans available in the US (Magic Blue/Red, PX100 retro edition, the special edition MX buds that seem to be only available in the Netherlands).

I was thinking about getting myself a pair of these but for $280 they're the same price as my 650s so maybe eventually once I get my other purchases out of the way I'll buy me a pair (I mean they're in my avatar after all)

I doubt it, I've been scouring the web since I found out about them in early December and no one else carries them, even if they come out to around $300 they are still worth it to me though, because I for one am addicted to Sennheiser's limited edition series, I had their Jubilees until the driver stopped working so now they're being held captive by Sennheiser since they can't seem to find parts. I might need a pair to tie my over until I get them back

. These would be on their way to me right now if I hadn't bought me another pair of 650s.

They really aren't worth it unless you're a huge Sennheiser fan, although I don't know why you'd be looking these 60th Anniversary Editions up if you aren't one

I dont consider myself a huge fan,however, I'm quite fond of the 595's and the px100. With good amp synergy these phones can sound very good.

First time poster here!! Just wanna let u all know I ordered a Sennheiser HD595 Magic Red last Friday. Should be in today!

I live in the Netherlands, where I can get it for €149 shipped. The cheapest 'normal' HD595 I could find goes for €175! So I thought, WHY NOT?!

BTW, I've been lurking around for like 6 weeks now. Bought a HD555, a Firestone Cute Beyond, sold the HD555 to a friend, bought a HD595... U guys ruined my life!
