[FAILURE]

I've had this pair of HD-590's for about 10 months and the right speaker has gone dead. I tried adjusting the plug that goes into the headphones, and found that I could get sound out of the right speaker if I positioned it right, but when it's fully plugged in I only get sound from the left. Has anyone else experienced this problem, or knows how to fix it, and would this be a problem with the headphones themselves or the cord?

Sounds like the jack on the headphones themselves to me. Should be under warranty still, so I'd talk to Sennheiser about it.
