Anybody have these Sennheiser HD 558s? Hows the sound quality? Do they crack like previous HD 5xx series? Are they comfortable? I can get these for about $150.00. Are they worth it?

Havent try the 558, but the HD598 is an excellent headphone.

They aren't as popular as the 598 but supposedly they're just as good (if not better) as the 555/595 which are very well received.
You can get them online at Electronics Expo for 125.
