KSC75s are prob the best bang for the buck under 50$.
Portapro/Sportapro are the KSC35 drivers, which means alittle more boom and not as bright. However still a awesome deal at 40-45$ new.

I have had alot of 20-30$ headphones and headsets....KSC75 is by far the best imo. Nice and clear...great bass response. Can be had on amazon for 15$ or so.

Of you decide to go higher, to about 50-60$ you can snatch up a great set of cans in the for sale forum. Most of which would be alot better then anything you ever had im sure.

Grado SR60
AKG 81DJ
Sennheiser PX100/200
Sennheiser HD497 (great budget cans)
Sennheiser HD555 (what i use now, bought from forsale forums for 60$)
