What's your source?  If it is an iPhone or iPod, then you can do away with the VentureCraft Go-DAP 3.0 for $20 from Amazon.

thanks for the quick reply. im using my ipod but also my laptop.

Then in your case you should get the E07K as the E6 has no DAC in it.  I know it is over your budget, but if you are already looking at the E11, then the E07K is not too far off and better for your laptop use.  I would not get the E6 as it is pretty much just a bass booster.

Sorry to hear that but I really do think you should save up instead, and buying a decent one will make you happier in the long run.

Then you really have no choice but to get the Go-DAP 3.0, it was MSRP $200 discount to $20 so it will beat out most FiiO even without a DAC for your iPod.  This way you will at least have one good setup.

So I
so I can only use it with my laptop?

No, but with your budget you don't have a lot of choices.  At least this way you get a pretty good AMP for your iPod at 90% off MSRP.

The E11 is good enough for your iPod (Go-DAP 3.0 is even better and cheaper) but won't help you clean up the sound from a computer (and this is why people want a DAC).  Not sure about deals but you can try the deal trend or ask around.
