Not fixed.

Try clearing your Chrome cache.   Settings, Advanced, Clear Browsing Data,  Cookies and Site Data, images.  
 
That worked for me now that Head-fi has fixed it at there end. My issues persisted until I did that.  Now works fine with Java on.
