russell is my mate's older sister's ex boyfriend. i have met him a few times. some of what he says is poigniant, most is babble (he's like that in real life too). he plays on the 'im wierd, pay attention to me' card too much. gets a lot of female attention btw...

I found that. He's genius on the radio, I think he just gets a bit over excited when there's a live audience in front of him and he gets a bit un-funny. I listened to his 6Music show for months until it moved to radio 2.
