Has anyone tried to use a bad headphone and a bad source until you get used to it/some months, then switch back too the headset you usually use?
 
Im going to try it now.

while you're at it try putting food up your butt and pooping out your mouth. honestly, i heard some low-end audiophile equipment from a friend, and going back to my $5 crap headphones i have (will get new stuff soon) has been painful. it will be a sucky time while you try this out.

I do that all the time. Listening to crappy radios and it doesn´t really bother me. But it´s a bit different if you listen to something you payed 100s of dollars for
