Some sellers say that we have to return an item in unused condition. We have to use it to listen. Some say they will have to apply a restock fee of 20% etc.... . Sometimes they say we have to return with an unopened box.


If we return it somehow, can they return them to the factory and get a refund for themselves too?

That's the risk you have to take when you shop on ebay. Amazon is a better option.
