Fair Radio Sales has a highly rated eBay store, but I don't like using eBay, so I used their regular web store front.  I placed an order for a vacuum tube on Thursday, but haven't heard anything since.  So far, my email has not been returned.  My credit card has not been charged, but I'm wondering what is going on with them.
 
Has anyone here purchased from their web store (not eBay) before?  What was your experience?
