Has anyone had to do multiple refits with UE customs outside of their warranty?

I have a UE11 that is now outside of the 1-year warranty period and I've recently sent it in for a refit and paid $50. I got them back yesterday, but the fit is still not very good actually even worse with the right monitors. I want to send it in for a second refit, and I tried contacting UE about it but had trouble reaching them. Do I just send them back again with the refit form? And by any chance, do I have to pay the $50 again?

It should be covered under the 30 day warranty for refits.

Yes there should be a warranty for a refit. I know they did before logitech bought them.

Oh alright. Logitech did buy them 3 years ago, so who knows what changes were made to the policy though. Either way, I'll have to send them in again because the fit is just not right.
