I have a UE11 that is now outside of the 1-year warranty period and I've recently sent it in for a refit and paid $50. I got them back yesterday, but the fit is still not very good actually even worse with the right monitors. I want to send it in for a second refit, and I tried contacting UE about it but had trouble reaching them. Do I just send them back again with the refit form? And by any chance, do I have to pay the $50 again?
