As I had stated in another thread, I am looking for an amp to mate with my ER-4S. I got recommended to some very good portables. Then while studying those amps I came across transportables. Now we're talking. I will be using a bag, so I really could care less how big the amp is as long as it can run on batteries.
I read up a lot on the Lisa-III and am very impressed by it. I was set on it until somebody tipped me about the M^3. The M³ Stereo Headphone Amplifier
I have never heard of it before, but it sounds interesting. So my question, has anyone done a direct comparison of these two? If so, what did you find favourable?
If it is of any interest, I will be using it with a Sonicap Dock, a 5.5 gen iMod, and Etymotic ER-4S.
