Looked at clou cable web site yesterday: their japis cable is silver plated 99.97% pure copper which is quite low by current cable standards. For exmple, Kimber PBJ cable is 99.9997% pure. Wonder if anyone has build their own phone cable and where people can find the tiny connectors connected to the phone itself. Thank you in advance.

"Quite low????" Get real.

Use the search function and you will find your answer. The simple answer is that the proprietary ends that fit into the headphones are not available. You would have to use the ends from another cable to build your own.
