true; just to let you know i have read at least 5 or 6 other similar impressions--the 20bit dap-777 is very good, though, the 24bit cpd-777 with the JVC's XRCD transport is noticeably better. yet i've not read the opposite or even that the dap is close, which also is supported by the specs.
