They call this time of year "kitayski moroz" (Chinese Frost) here, because it is usually the coldest time of the year. Luckily it is not too bad today...only -11 Celcius (12.2 F). Normally it is at least -15...Anyway, happy Chinese New Year...it should be a big party here, as almost half the population is Chinese.

Hey, you don't have to be Chinese to join the party dude. Actually, I am Spanish/Basque/Morrocan/German/Aztec and Tarasco, with a little Hebrew and perhaps African thrown in.
