Ed you wouldn't believe it, but today was the birthday of a girl named Claudia who works at this coffee joint I go to everyday and fixes a great shot of Espresso Ristretto. So I showed up there and ordered a chocolate doughnut, which she proceeded to place right in front of me on the counter. I then pulled out one of these small birthday candles and stuck it on the doughnut, lit it, and began singing "happy birthday to you... happy birthday to you". She just couldn't believe it. She was sooo happy! She was as happy as she was embarrassed cuz all the customers were looking at her laughing. She almost cried but it just made her day.
