Sometimes we don't say nice things to each other even when deserved because we are afraid that we will sound corny. Well, if you can't be positive on someone's birthday when can you?

My experience with you is confined to the Hornet purchase. In this transaction I have found you to be cordial, responsive, fair and a true craftsman in an age of cookie-cutter, bottom-line-focused drones. My sincere thanks for a truely outstanding product that is, even as I write, deepening my enjoyment of music. I can't get over my sense of disbelief about the kind of sound that is coming out of this tiny box. Dealing with you has has been one of my great pleasures at head-fi.
