Neil, does the city of Detroit still celebrate halloween with "hell night" or "devil's night" or something like that? I read about it somewhere. People get stupid and go out and cause trouble, vandalize property, good wholesome fun kind of stuff.

For those of you in the SF Bay area, you already know about the Castro on Halloween.

For those of you who don't... well, let's just say it's been compared to Mardi Gras in New Orleans.

I wouldn't say it's all that wild or amazing... but it is entertaining to see all sorts of people completely dressed out in wackiness. I've had my picture taken with 8 amazon manladies, had my roommate's 12 inch phallus costume outcompeted by a 4 foot phallus costume, and have seen numerous exposed boobs.
