We have a guest staying with us for a month, an old buddy of mine. It's great that he's here, we have surfed everyday for the last week (ohhh my aching back). The drawback though is that I hardly have time to listen to my new system!!! It's killling me! Between him and my girlfriend (they both keep the tv's at about decible 120) i can't get away for a good listening session--I am thinking of stealing away to the closet--closet headphoning

, but the cord won't reach. Well, that's enough whining; I just had to tell this to people whom I figured would understand--thanks for listening--jeremy

First, ask 'em to turn the damn TV down. Second, what kinda phones you have? Try some closed ones like the Sony MDR-V6s.. they usually shut out the outside sound pretty well. Man, with me working so close to a bunch of loud mouths, sometimes I wish my Grados were closed phones.

<grin> My aunt always used to say: "Visitors are like fish - they stink after three days."
