Hey all
I've had my Mini Box F (see photo) since August, but hadn't listned to it for 3 months- now I remember why! Although I have no huge issues with the sound, anytime anyone within 15 feet gets a phone call or text, the thing lights up with buzzing and crackling like it was about to explode, drowning out my music, and sometimes getting so loud that it hurts my ears. I know its the amp, as I have tried every combination of my cables and sorces, and when I just have the amp and headphones on, it still happens. Is this the downside to portable amps in general? Does mine have a defect, or is it of low quality? I suspect the acrylic side panels play a part in this, as it seems most amps have a full metal enclosure.
Thanks
Taylor
