I have read a few very positive reviews of these cables, but can anyone tell me if they would be able to make a set up to go between a Naim cd player (Din plug) and an Earmax A.E. amp (RCA plug)?

You'd have to ask Grover about that. Grover makes great cables, but I've recently spent some time with a couple different Chord interconnects and was very impressed with the sound. Chord makes a lot of cables for Naim gear and you shouldn't have any problem finding them in Europe.
