So I just received my Stax system today in the mail and I have it connected like this - computer -> zero dac -> stax amp. After listening to it for some time, I noticed that there was a hum coming from my phones, but if I touch the stax amp or the zero, the hum goes away. Is this a ground loop issue?

I have both my stax amp and zero connected to the same power strip. Here's the thing, even if the stax amp isn't connected to its wallwart, I can still hear the hum if it just connected via rca to the zero. How do I get rid of this hum?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

^thanks. I tried that right now and there still is a hum. What else can I do?

EDIT: I heard the hum from the stax system even if it wasn't connectedto anything (no rca, no power cord) even if I touch the zero.
