I've just downloaded an album from iTunes which has knocked my socks off. I think the recording quality is amazing! Sounds just like being there.

It also sounds so much better on my Grado's RS1i's than on my LCD2's. Wish I had a T1 to try it on.

I still go to Nickel Creek (Self Titled) for demo purposes on both my speakers and cans.  SACD of this is of amazing quality.

A few that immediatly came to mind:

Muddy Waters - Folk Singer. I'm sure all versions sound great but I'm partial to the 24/192 HDAD
Cowboy Junkies - Trinity Session. Regular CD is good but the super rare gold cd is better
Alison Krauss - Live & New Favorite
All the MTV Unpluggeds from the 90s that I have heard (Clapton, 10000 Maniacs, Alice in Chains, Neil Young).
