Surprised nobody has mentioned the Beethoven and Mozart Piano Concerti. Of course, you may have been wanting solo piano music.

Last year for the CD Christmas exchange Jude was my partner and he gave me Leopold Godowsky's "The Complete Studies on Chopin's Études" performed by Marc-Andre Hamelin.
