Great experience with Sleek Audio Customer Service

as some may know that i had a defective sa6

which i sent in. unfortunately usps lost my drivers i sent to sleek audio as over a week, sleek audio still have no received my package (they still havent

). i called sleek audio pretty much daily after a week from sent date, and was very fortunate to reach jason. jason was a great guy and very helpful. he understood the difficulty i was going through while working with him and said he'll take care of me and send me the replacement drivers anyways. it is now 2 days later, and i am typing this and happily listening to my sa6. my experience with sleek audio has been very positive, and i just want to say that i know for sure that if anyone has any problem with their sleek audio earphones, sleek audio customer service surely will not disappoint.
